Administrative Office Assistant

Designing Events, a meeting and event planning company located in Owings Mills, MD is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, professional Administrative Office Assistant with 3+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • General office duties, including answering telephones, processing mail, copying, data entry, internet research; and
  • Assistance to staff in various administrative tasks.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines required. Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet is critical for this position. Travel may be optional, but is not required for this position.
