Designing Events will manage onsite details to ensure that all plans leading up to your event are executed smoothly, including: conducting a pre-conference meeting with the venue staff and review the banquet event orders in detail; conducting pre-conference meetings with all other outside vendors to ensure that everyone is ready for the event; providing full supervision of function rooms, equipment, signage, and all onsite events/activities; providing professional representatives to supervise all arrangements and coordinate all details; and more.
